When the ideas of youth meet the action of the organisation, new perspectives are born.
In the context of the course “Volunteering” of the Department of Social and Political Sciences, under the guidance of Dr. Kleanthous, students visited the organization “Agkalia Zois”, in an experience that essentially connected theory with practice.
There was a tour of the organization’s premises, combined with an analysis of its multifaceted work, both in terms of the initiatives implemented and in terms of its intervention in cultivating culture and combating critical phenomena such as bullying.
Through a lively and fruitful dialogue, views, concerns and questions were exchanged on the needs, concerns and challenges facing the younger generation. The presence of students highlighted the role of youth as agents of change and developed bridges of communication between the academic community and civil society.
